A common framework.
A clearer way to work.

The public face of my Control Tower work at TriMark: a connected commercial framework across the customer, supplier, and project lifecycle.

I built contracting frameworks, standard agreements, and playbooks to connect risk allocation with decision authority and business ownership. TriMark’s public Legal & Compliance hub brings the published terms together across the business.

TRIMARK USA · STANDARDS, REPORTING & RESPONSIBILITY

Clear standards.
A culture that can act.

I led the refreshed Code of Business Ethics & Conduct and its launch alongside a modernized training and reporting experience.

The work connects clear expectations with how people learn, raise concerns, and make decisions. My opening message in the published Code sets out the leadership responsibility behind it.

“Ethena helped us embed clear standards directly into how we operate and grow.”

Responsibility,
built in.

My TriMark work extended to the Supplier Code of Conduct, supply chain transparency, and environmental readiness, including climate preparedness and extended producer responsibility (EPR).

Supplier standards connect to onboarding and the Control Tower’s Terms of Purchase, carrying expectations into the buying process.

Trust at
enterprise scale.

My work at Promontory, an IBM company, focused on compliance audits, investigations, training, and controls following acquisition.

During that period, IBM was recognized as one of Ethisphere’s 2019 World’s Most Ethical Companies. The recognition reflects the enterprise context in which I helped strengthen practical ethics and compliance.
